Refund Policy 

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please tell us immediately. All products are required to be shipped back as original condition in order to request a refund typically within 3 days after products have been arrived to you and arrive back to the sender within 15 - 30 days. Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuit, lingerie,bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received.




You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



If the product inside of the package is faulty, please let us know within 5 days of product arrival. You can ship the product back and we will refund your money or send you a new item – your choice! You will be refunded for the shipping cost in the form of store credit. 


If we sent the wrong item, please let us know within 5 days of receiving the product. We will prepare to send the correct product within 3 days of notification.  Kindly send back the product and we will ship you the correct product & with store credits. 


To start the process, please send us an email with the following information to get advise on the next step. To get a refund, please make sure to email us within 2 - 3 days after your product arrival.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.



Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


***Please be noted that we are not able to accept exchange request because of wrong order. Please carefully choose the product when you purchase. Please refuse to accept the product if the product "package" is unacceptably damaged. We will ship you the new item.***
